Moeko Minami

I was originally working as a nurse. I went abroad but lost my job due to a lockdown. That experience made me realize the importance of remote work. After returning to Japan, I joined IGNITE because of my interest in media, writing, and international marketing.

What ultimately led me to join was my connection with Yoshi.

I handle media-related tasks, including competitor research, keyword research, and content planning for article creation. I also manage social media accounts and create banners. It's rewarding to see articles I've written gain readership and climb in rankings. I work on around five different media outlets, each covering a different genre, which keeps things fresh. I plan tasks on a monthly basis and proactively communicate with writers and team members to gather feedback.

IGNITE is at the forefront of marketing. There aren't many marketing companies that operate across both domestic and international markets, and the range of services we cover is extensive. Our multilingual capabilities are a real strength. Even though we work remotely, each team member has their own unique personality and we respect one another. There's always a calm atmosphere that makes it a comfortable place to work.

While we maintain professionalism, everyone calls each other by their first names, creating a friendly dynamic. Many people here know how to switch between work mode and personal time, and the environment supports a clear separation between the two. No one pushes unreasonable tasks on you, and the company truly respects its employees.

I want to build my skills and knowledge to become a major contributor to the team. I believe it's important to learn through hands-on experience, ask questions, do research, and stay genuinely curious about marketing. I make it a habit to always look into anything I'm unsure about.
