About the selection process
Where can I learn more details about the job responsibilities?
For 3 months, you will start with assistant work and gradually expand the range of marketing work.

Basically, when applying, we receive materials in PDF format, so there is no concept of returning them.
I heard there might be a pre-interview discussion before the second interview. What does this entail?
Before the second interview, we may set aside time for a casual hearing in addition to the selection process. In addition to answering questions, this is a place for people to have a deeper understanding of IGNITE and the job description.

I live far away. Can I still apply?

Since remote work is possible at our company, there are members who live and work not only in Japan but also overseas.
However, since we value the desire to “liven up Kansai,” we tend to hire people who live in Kansai or have ties to Kansai as much as possible.
Is any specific prior knowledge required beforehand?
It is not required.
However, since it is better to have knowledge, there is a tendency that it is easier to pass the selection process if you have knowledge about internet marketing or advertisement operation/production.
Is there an English test as part of the selection process?
This is contingent upon the specific position.
For roles requiring significant use of English, such as Bilingual Assistant, an English test is included in the selection process.
For positions where English proficiency is not a prerequisite, such as Marketer, an English test is not administered.
How are the selection process and internships conducted?

How often are performance reviews and salary increases conducted?
Salary increases are assessed every six months. There is a possibility that it will fluctuate depending on individual performance and company performance. Evaluations are carried out through regular feedback and interviews.
Is a work computer provided?
A MacBook will be provided.

Side jobs are possible if there is no hindrance to the main business.

We will respond to consultations regarding obtaining qualifications related to work, such as TOEIC.
How is attendance managed for remote work?
In the case of remote work, you will be asked to contact us via chat at the beginning and end of work. If overtime of 2 hours or more occurs, it is necessary to consult with your supervisor beforehand.
Are dormitories or company housing available?
Unfortunately, we do not provide dormitories or company housing.
Do you offer full social insurance coverage?
Employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, welfare pensions, and health insurance are all fully covered during the contract period.
Are there restrictions on daily working hours or specific time schedules?
Nothing in particular.
Since it is a flextime system, there is no core time for how many hours you have to work.
However, if you are a full-time employee, there is a rule of working 8 hours a day, so you need to make your own adjustments and work.
Rather than the length of working hours, emphasis is placed on working efficiently and achieving results.
There is remote work, but how often do you go to work?
Attendance itself isn't a lot.
Currently, people come to work when deciding on business policies and announcing management policies, such as once every 3 months or once every six months.
How will the training be conducted?
After joining the company, training will be conducted online or in person.
