About the selection process

Can I apply even if I am a foreign national?

It's possible.

We have many members who are not only Japanese but also foreign nationals. It is possible to work regardless of nationality, so please apply first.

I live far away, can I apply?

It's possible.

Since remote work is possible at our company, there are members who live and work not only in Japan but also overseas.

However, since we value the desire to “liven up Kansai,” we tend to hire people who live in Kansai or have ties to Kansai as much as possible.

Is there any prior expertise required?

It is not required.

However, since it is better to have knowledge, there is a tendency that it is easier to pass the selection process if you have knowledge about internet marketing or advertisement operation/production.

Is there an English test for the selection process?

It depends on the job type.

We offer English tests for occupations that use English in particular, such as bilingual assistants.

There is no English test for occupations that do not require English, such as marketers.

How will the selection process and internships be conducted?

Basically, it is carried out online.

Regarding internships, we also offer internships online.

Can't I join the company if I don't speak English?

It's not necessarily required; it's recommended.

Marketers and ad operators also sometimes use English to communicate with overseas clients. There is nothing better than being able to speak English, so we welcome people who are willing to actively learn English even after joining the company.

Where can I learn more about our work?

For 3 months, you will start with assistant work and gradually expand the range of marketing work.

Specific work details will be explained during hearings and interviews.

Do you have the necessary preparations and attitudes for the interview?

Nothing in particular.

Can I return my application documents?

Basically, when applying, we receive materials in PDF format, so there is no concept of returning them.

I've heard that there are cases where there is a hearing before the second interview. What kind of content is it?

Before the second interview, we may set aside time for a casual hearing in addition to the selection process. In addition to answering questions, this is a place for people to have a deeper understanding of IGNITE and the job description.

Are side jobs possible?

Side jobs are possible if there is no hindrance to the main business.

Will transportation expenses be paid?

IGNITE aims to contribute to society through business connecting the world and Japan.

Currently, it is a venture company in the growth stage, and it is an environment where each and every employee can actively participate in the business and grow together with the company.

Do you have full social insurance?

Employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, welfare pensions, and health insurance are all fully covered during the contract period.

At what pace will evaluations and salary increases take place?

Salary increases are assessed every six months. There is a possibility that it will fluctuate depending on individual performance and company performance. Evaluations are carried out through regular feedback and interviews.

Do you have dormitories or company housing?

Unfortunately, we do not provide dormitories or company housing.

Are there any restrictions on the number of hours or time zones for a day's work?

Nothing in particular.

Since it is a flextime system, there is no core time for how many hours you have to work.

However, if you are a full-time employee, there is a rule of working 8 hours a day, so you need to make your own adjustments and work.

Rather than the length of working hours, emphasis is placed on working efficiently and achieving results.

Can my company use tools like ChatGPT?

Yes, AI tools such as ChatGPT can be used with company plans. If necessary, we will give you login information, etc.

Are there any rules regarding clothes and hairstyles?

There are no specific regulations.

Please make decisions within the scope of common sense according to the client and the project you are in charge of.

Is there a qualification acquisition support system?

We will respond to consultations regarding obtaining qualifications related to work, such as TOEIC.

How do you manage attendance when working remotely?

In the case of remote work, you will be asked to contact us via chat at the beginning and end of work. If overtime of 2 hours or more occurs, it is necessary to consult with your supervisor beforehand.

How will the training be conducted?

After joining the company, training will be conducted online or in person.

We will select the most suitable method depending on the situation at that time and the content of the training.

Will I be provided with the PC I use?

A MacBook will be provided.
