An English proficiency test is generally included as part of our selection process.
Since IGNITE works extensively with global clients, we assess English skills for most positions — except those that require no English at all.
Please don't overthink it. The test is simply to gauge your current level, so we encourage you to approach it in a relaxed and comfortable manner.
Among full-time employees, we have 4 men and 4 women, with an average age of around 30.
Including part-time staff, the gender ratio is 1:1, with a similar average age of around 30. (As of January 2026)

We operate a hybrid model with scheduled in-office days. We value face-to-face time for team meetings, training, and mentorship.
We believe that a remote-capable environment makes self-discipline and autonomy all the more important. At IGNITE, we promote "Limitless Work" — the freedom to work from anywhere — but this is built on a foundation of mutual trust and strong self-management within the team.
There are no specific regulations.
Please use good judgment based on the clients and projects you are working with, within the bounds of common sense.
We use a semi-flex system with core hours from 11:00 to 17:00.
Full-time employees are expected to work 8 hours per day and can arrange their schedule flexibly around the core hours.
For part-time staff, there are no strict hour limitations, though aligning your working hours with team members helps ensure smooth communication.
We place more emphasis on working efficiently and delivering results than on the number of hours worked.
Side work is permitted as long as it does not interfere with your primary responsibilities here.
Prior to the second interview, we may schedule an informal hearing session separate from the formal selection process. It is an opportunity for you to answer a few questions and gain a deeper understanding of IGNITE and the role.

Yes, commuting allowance is provided for train travel.
For the first three months, you will start with assistant-level tasks and gradually expand your scope of marketing responsibilities.

The most suitable format is chosen based on the situation and the content of the training.
When working remotely, you are required to notify your team via chat at the start and end of your workday. If overtime of more than 2 hours is expected, prior approval from your manager is required.
Full-time employees are fully covered by employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, employees' pension, and health insurance. We are committed to providing a secure and stable working environment.
We primarily target candidates based in the Kansai region.
Since we operate a hybrid model with some required in-office days, residing in or near Kansai is preferable. However, applications from those living further away may be considered depending on the circumstances. We review all applications holistically at the document screening stage, so please feel free to apply.

No, it is not required.
That said, having knowledge is always an advantage — candidates with a background in internet marketing, advertising operations, or content production tend to fare better in the selection process.

We welcome those who have an interest in international business, computer skills, and a curious, proactive mindset.
We also strongly encourage anyone who has earned even a small amount of money online — such as through running a blog — to apply.
We apologize, but we do not currently provide company dormitories or housing.
It is not strictly required, but it is strongly recommended.
Even marketers and advertising specialists may use English when communicating with overseas clients. Proficiency in English is always a plus, and we welcome candidates who are eager to actively improve their English skills after joining.
