Web Marketer
This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from client-facing activities in overseas marketing to advertising campaign management.
Proposal Creation
Develop proposals outlining solutions to client challenges, using tools like Google Slides or Docs.
Marketing Strategy Development
Devise comprehensive marketing strategies by working backwards from objectives, allocate resources (budget, etc.), and establish frameworks for continuous improvement (PDCA cycle).
Ad Campaign Management
Manage ad campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads, potentially including Twitter Ads and Yahoo Ads. Open to utilizing any effective advertising platform to achieve results.
Reporting
Prepare performance reports for clients. Reports are initially created in Japanese, with translation handled internally by dedicated staff.
Content Direction
Provide direction for social media and blog content. Writing tasks are typically assigned to internal team members or external partners.
Client Communication
Handle client-facing communication via email, phone, and video conferencing, conducted in either Japanese or English.
Other Related Duties
Includes tasks such as data collection and analysis related to job duties, and implementing tracking tags.
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or advertising operations.
- Has experience in the Web industry or strong knowledge of web-related concepts.
- Is eager to learn and acquire new knowledge continuously.
- Ideally, has some experience generating revenue online (excluding physical product sales).
- Has an international background (e.g., mixed heritage, returnee) and is interested in working within a diverse, global team.
