Please tell me what led you to apply to IGNITE

I'm a university student, and many of the part-time jobs I've been doing until now are in restaurants and service businesses, and one of the reasons is that I wanted to do a part-time job where I could make use of the English I'm good at. The rest was that I was looking for work from home.

What are some of the good things about working at IGNITE?

The good thing about working is that I think I'm a little ready to become a member of society. That's because the work content and job description were a bit close to feeling like an internship, and I think I was able to create the basic part for working people like that, like the aftermath.

Have you had any difficulties working at IGNITE?

Yes. Everything I did was new, and there were a lot of things I didn't understand, and since it was my first time using a tool or content, I had a hard time at first, but I was able to resolve it by frequently consulting with my superiors, so there were no problems.

What was the last time you were able to grow while working at IGNITE?

The reason I was able to grow was that I was often involved in translation work, so I think my English ability improved as my awareness that I had to train my English ability increased.

Please tell me what led you to apply to IGNITE

I was originally studying marketing at school, but since it was just a classroom, I wanted to gain practical experience, and I found IGNITE, so I applied.

What are some of the good things about working at IGNITE?

I can't choose all the good points, but to be honest, I think the biggest thing was that I was able to gain practical experience right after entering. If it's another company, I think there are times when I can do practical things after training or a few months of experience, but I didn't have that kind of point, and I think the environment where I was able to receive feedback and learn while doing it each time was the best.

Have you had any difficulties working at IGNITE?

The hardest part was probably not being able to keep up after all. After all, it's completely different from academics, and I personally thought that kind of communication was quite difficult.

What was the last time you were able to grow while working at IGNITE?

As for where I was able to grow, the fact that I was able to learn things I couldn't learn by studying was also the point I learned the most as a skill, and I worked part-time, but when that happened, the restrictions of 8 hours a day were inevitably strict, and when that happened, I think the point where I was able to grow was that I was able to read my own books outside of work, actually try using my own tools, and do something for my own growth.
