We're looking for candidates in the Kansai region

IGNITE operates on a hybrid model, and we generally hire candidates based in the Kansai area. This is because we place great value on in-person communication, training, and team development.

Through regular in-person meetings and team-building activities, we deepen trust among team members and consistently deliver higher quality work.

Here are the tools we use every day.

Google Chat

All day-to-day internal communication and quick check-ins happen through Google Chat.

Google Meet

Weekly check-ins with managers and meetings with clients are all conducted via Google Meet.

Google Calendar

Meetings, deadlines, and important events are all logged in Google Calendar for schedule management.

ClickUp

We use ClickUp for task management and project management, enabling visibility into progress and an efficient workflow.

Loom

For async communication, we use Loom—sharing information efficiently through screen recordings.

ChatGPT

We leverage AI to boost work efficiency—using it as a support tool for research and writing tasks.
