Bilingual Director - Role Details
Plan and manage the overall execution of marketing initiatives, leading the team toward achieving client goals.
Oversee the work of specialist team members including writers, designers, and advertising operators, supporting their development and evaluating their performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for both domestic and international clients, handling requirements definition, proposals, and reporting in both Japanese and English.
Integrate multi-channel initiatives spanning SEO, advertising, and content marketing, leading the process from strategy development through to execution.
Establish quality standards for deliverables and drive improvements and efficiencies in operational workflows.
Work alongside management to explore and launch new services and business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
・Ability to communicate at a business level in both Japanese and English
・Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
・Experience in developing and managing team members
・Ability to negotiate and present proposals to clients
Employment Details
Based in Kansai (or able to work remotely)
Able to communicate in both Japanese and English at a business level
3+ years of experience in digital marketing
2+ years of experience in project management or team leadership
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Remote work available (frequency negotiable)
