What made you join IGNITE?

I received an offer from Mr. Kawabata and joined the company. I'm interested in marketing and English, and I was fascinated by being able to do this as a job. My previous job was working at an advertising agency. I became interested in marketing when I learned about marketing at a university seminar and thought it was interesting. Field awareness is also important, so I thought I'd take a look at sales, so I moved on to marketing from there. At age 30, I went to study abroad in Filimpin for half a year. After that, I worked in marketing for a year and a half at a language school in the Philippines. At first, there were many things I didn't understand at all, but once I was able to do it, it became fun.

Please tell me about your current work

We mainly operate advertisements, prepare proposals, prepare reports, and handle customers (MT). Depending on how the proposal is prepared, the customer will decide what to do or not do, so I feel that it is rewarding when they praise the quality.

What is the appeal of working at IGNITE?

Where there is a high degree of freedom, it is a place where the speed of making decisions about how to work, how to work, and job description is fast. Also, since each person's performance has a large impact, it is rewarding. Many of the members are unique people. There are many people like Yoshi who are interested in English and foreign countries, and I think it is suitable for such people. Listening, reading, and writing are important to me.

What are your future challenges and goals?

We receive a lot of inquiries about the issue, but that is why there aren't enough people. I think it is necessary to increase the number of personnel and put the system in place.
The goal is to systematize various things. As the number of people increases, the method becomes more ambiguous, so I would like to create manuals etc. so that everyone can understand it.
My personal goal is to create IGNITE services. The current service is mainly problem solving, so I would like to be able to develop our own services as IGNITE.
