What made you join IGNITE?

I used to be a nurse. I went overseas, but I got caught in the lockdown and lost my job. From this experience, I was keenly aware of the importance of remote control, and after returning to Japan, I joined IGNITE because I was interested in media, writing, and overseas marketing. I decided to join the company because I had a relationship with Yoshi.

Please tell me about your current work

I am in charge of media-related work. Competitor research, keyword research, planning and drafting in order to create articles. We also operate SNS and create banners. I'm happy that the article I actually wrote was read and the ranking went up. I've written about 5 media articles, and they all have different genres, so it's fresh. I will think about tasks on a monthly basis. They systematically communicate with the writer and Mr. Kawabata and ask for their opinions.

What is the appeal of working at IGNITE?

It is at the cutting edge of marketing. There are few domestic and international marketing companies, and they cover a wide range of services. Having a variety of languages is an advantage. The remote but unique members respect each other. I always feel calm and it's easy to work (like overseas). It's polite, but everyone reads it under their first name. Frank, but he's polite. About in a good sense. There are many people who work hard. You can separate private and work on and off. They don't say the task is unreasonable, and they respect the employees very much.

What are your future challenges and goals?

I want to become a big force by acquiring skills and knowledge. It's important to learn from practice+listen, do research, and be interested in marketing. I always try to research questions.
